Don is 48 years old at a weight of 145lbs. Don has trained Jiu-Jitsu for over 4 years now with his friend and coach Amilcar Cipili, a Machado Black Belt under Rigan Machado. He recently obtained his first degree Brown Belt.
Don is an assistant instructor for Team Mica and wants to achieve his Black Belt and open a Team Mica affiliate school in Las Vegas. His plans include a complete Jiu-Jitsu Academy and a complete nutritional facility side by side.
Don doesn't lift weights or do any extracurricular cardio other than what his sport involves. Don has had the opportunity to compete in some prestigious tournaments. Below are some of his most memorable titles.
