Off Season Weight: 185-190 lbs.
Contest Weight: I have competed in the between 165 and 175. This past year I competed at 165 but felt that I sacrificed too much size to compete at that weight. So in the coming season I will plan to compete at 175lbs.
Favorite body part: My favorite part to train would have to be split between legs and arms. I love the huge pumps I get from training legs and the amount of weight that can be pushed around. With bi's and tri's it just make me feel bigger and more confident. In fact, this next year my main focus it going to be my arms and hamstrings.
Favorite Exercise: My favorite exercise would have to be 45 degree leg press. I guess it's because I am able to put hug e amounts of weight and do a lot of reps, it really boost my self esteem.
Favorite Cheat Meal: Being from the south, my favorite cheat meal would have to be, chicken fried steak with mash potato's, gravy, corn and biscuits, followed by blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
